Michael and I really like to eat.
When we were flatmates in Dublin (why yes, we did study abroad), we established Pork Chop O’Clock, a nightly ritual where we ended up in the kitchen making our respective midnight snacks. (Mine was usually pork chops.)
So it’s only fitting that there’s food involved in this episode, namely the chicken quesadilla that Michael was munchin’ on.
But this episode is actually more about the LGBTQ community at Notre Dame and the extent to which the University supports its LGBTQ students. Michael’s take on all that is really interesting, so give it a listen.
Also included is a couple of our most embarrassing childhood memories, so if you’d rather listen to our shame, then this is the episode for you.
